Returns & Exchanges

We are not accepting returns during Co-Vid19. This applies to in-store and online purchases.

Sale items, clearance items, wound or used yarn, needles, hooks, patterns, and gift certificates can not be returned. 

If you return unused yarn, you will be refunded the full amount of your order minus a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges.

If you send back items that are ineligible for return, they will be shipped back to you at your expense, or disposed of.

Any orders placed after 6pm on a Wednesday or a Thursday  will be processed to ship on the next following open business day (Friday). We are closed on Thursdays and not available to ship orders on that day. If you need an item sooner, we do provide expedited shipping options. YFE reserves the right to have a 24 hour processing time to get an order shipped out once the order has been placed.
